Developed storyboards and educational content in collaboration with instructional designers and storyboard artists for business and executive programs at top-tier institutions worldwide. Program topics included business administration, corporate and digital marketing, generative AI and ML(machine learning), healthcare executive leadership, C-suite management, finance, and investment. Content Development and Delivery

Partnered with executives, program directors, industry leaders, and subject-matter experts to execute content using a blend of filmed instruction, interviews, case-study presentations, software/hardware demos, graphics and animation, AI-generated assets, and podcast-style materials. Led the R&D and implementation of AI-generated cloned voice and animated avatars for select pilot programs.

Directing Talent (High-Profile Executives)

Oriented executives and instructors on program flow, technical requirements, and on-camera delivery. Produced and directed executive interviews in both studio environments and virtual settings. 

Program Content Scripts and Graphic Presentation Supervision

Reviewed filming scripts, slides, and graphics with instructional designers, providing targeted recommendations for revisions. Conducted filming rehearsals and run-throughs—both in-studio and remotely—guiding executives and industry experts in teleprompter usage, on-screen performance, and technical setup.

Budgeting, Production Operations, Project Management, Procurement, Cross-Functional Team Collaborations

Managed project timelines and collaborated across teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Oversaw budgets for filming, asset production, and post-production. Negotiated with vendors, managed SOWs and contract terms, and partnered with legal teams on IP, confidentiality, and talent releases. Procured enterprise software by identifying needs, conducting evaluations, soliciting bids, and finalizing terms. Worked closely with marketing, instructional design, graphics, post-production, legal, finance, partnership, and product teams throughout the production lifecycle.
