I led the planning and execution of outdoor networking and brand marketing events designed to strengthen customer loyalty and recognize the contributions of existing business partners. Targeting investors, developers, business partners, property owners, and industry professionals, each event was carefully crafted to align with Compass’s strategic goals, ensuring that the experience not only celebrated past collaborations but also reinforced long-term relationships.

Through a combination of audience analysis, targeted invitations, and integrated marketing strategies, I positioned each event as both a networking platform and a brand-building opportunity. This included coordinating on-site branding, curated experiences, and messaging that communicated the company’s value proposition to high-profile attendees.
